These launch pages make the purchase boundary inspectable before payment: what you can use, what stays protected, how purchase support works, and which hosted services are not included unless a separate offer says so.

1. Who we are
kbpd.ai is operated by Soekan Design, LLC ("we", "us"), with its principal place of business at 11239 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of the KBPD Starter Kit. By using the site or buying a license, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or make a purchase. If you are buying on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The product and your license
The KBPD Starter Kit is a digital product licensed to you under a separate License agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the License agreement regarding your use of the kit, the License agreement controls.
Hosted access is a later paid service and is not included in the starter-kit purchase unless a separate offer or signed agreement says so.
4. Payment
- Payment provider processes payments. By purchasing, you agree to that provider's terms and authorize the charge shown before payment.
- Prices are stated before payment and may change for future purchases; your purchase is at the price shown when you buy.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected during payment.
5. Returns
Return requests are handled under the Return policy. Because the starter kit is digitally delivered, payment reversal is generally not available after access has been delivered and used unless required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or product in violation of any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including via automated scraping that degrades service.
- Redistribute or resell the kit in breach of the License agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the KBPD Starter Kit are owned by Soekan Design, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights granted in the License agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers
The site and product are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site or product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
